Information about the Commercialisation Team:
The Commercialisation Team's primary function is to identify and process intellectual property emerging from the University, taking ideas, inventions, discoveries and technological innovations from basic concepts through to commercial potential.

Information about the Business Development Team:
The Business Development Team manage the commercial aspects of external research and consultancy contracts and this includes assistance in negotiating the terms and conditions, project costs, providing legal support, invoicing the client and arranging for payments to be made to departmental or external accounts or as salary to the individuals. They are also seeking and identify new business opportunities with industry partners.
